What To Expect
Known as the "Father of the Gazelle" in Arabic, Abu Dhabi is now synonymous to exciting urban developments and rich cultural attractions. Discover one of the largest mosques in the world, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which can accommodate more than 30,000 worshipers. Admire its intricate carvings, extensive landscape works and marble architecture that shines in the sun. After the mosque, proceed to the Heritage Village, an open-air museum that recreates the emirate's lifestyle and traditions before the discovery of oil.
From the Heritage Village, drive along the Corniche, a seaside promenade that lets you appreciate the city's skyline with gleaming white mosques, glass-facade offices and high-rise apartments extending to the tip of the breakwater.
Upon reaching the harbor, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Saadiyat Island, an up-and-coming cultural hub and resort destination with a range of commercial, residential and leisure projects including the Guggenheim and Louvre museums.
Finally, head to Yas Island where you can see Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and the F1 Yas Marina Circuit.
