"We were told pick up was 07.50 we were eventually picked up nearer to 08.30. I would have thought that if there was a delay a telephone call to the conceige would have been appropriate. When he phoned twice all he was told was he`s on his way. When the driver arrived there was no apology that he was 40 minutes late. Apart from that it was an excellent day."
