We were told pick up was 07.50 we were eventually picked up nearer to 08.30. I would have thought that if there was a delay a telephone call to the conceige would have been appropriate. When he phoned twice all he was told was he`s on his way. When the driver arrived there was no apology that he was 40 minutes late. Apart from that it was an excellent day.

We went to Cleland through Gray Line and it was ok. There is some commmentary on the City as we leave it but not much on the development of the Park as such. The park is different and do remember to take a coat and a brolly since it is in the cool mountains. Take water also because the fountains are lacking there. I liked the aspect that we visit the wildlife and not vice versa, but be warned, it is a good walk and 2 hours are not enough to go round!! Many of the wildlife animals need at least 5-7 minutes viewing to understand them. The birds even more if you want to photograph them. I also liked the notes on the forest development in relation to the other flora and fauna. Overall a nice experience if the sun is not tooo hot.
