When we booked our day tours to petra(one day) and jerash (one day) with you, in addition our airport-hotel-airport transfers,never crossed our mind that we were going to have such a personalized service, our driver, Hithom is his name, surpassed our expectations, very attentive to our needs,impeccable driving skills,gave us plenty of space yet,kept us entertained at all times, very defering to the guides, which by the way,they were excellent and very professional as well; Hithom made our stay in Jordan, very enjoyable.

We could see amazing scene at Wadi Rum and Petra. And we had a nice experience at the dead sea. This tour is really valuable. The driver (Mr.Mohammad Salameh) made a safety drive always. So we felt comfortable during drive. Mohammad, thank you very much!

Hotel in Petra, Taybet Zamman, is not up to standard. While they have a 5 star rating, they are NOT worthy of 5 star status. No room service, breakfast average, and prior to travel we had requested a change to the Movenpick, but this was declined. The Amman Intercontinental set the standard, and was great. It would have been very helpful if we had been advised of appropriate dress standard, especially for the wadi Rum tour...sitting on the back of a old utility truck suggested robust dress code....which we were unaware off. The change of final itinerary was unsettling. The driver, Moafaq was fantastic. We believe we have been short changed on the airport transfer. We paid extra on the final day to visit the Baptism Site and transfer to the airport. We think the transfer from Amman to the airport was included, and so the eventual transfer from the Dead Sea to the airport should have been included. Overall, we loved the places and sites we went to see.
