Tour Furnas

After leaving Ponta Delgada and crossing the Island to the North in its narrowest part, a comfort stop will be made in Ribeira Grande. From Ribeira Grande on, in any of the Belvederes, the coast will look different, but equally beautiful. Still in the north coast, a visit to a Tea Factory and Tea Plantations. The Azores is the only place in Europe where Tea can be grown.
Before lunch, stop at Pico do Ferro, a Belvedere in the Mountains with the best view of Furnas Valley.
The cozido is cooked in the earth, near the Hot Springs for at least 5 hours. You will see it coming out of the ground. After lunch, a visit to the most beautiful Botanical Park of the Azores: Terra Nostra Park.
A visit to the Caldeiras das Furnas, with its famous hot springs, mineral hot and cold waters and small geysers. The return trip is made using the south coast road, passing by Vila Franca do Campo.

After you book

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
