Great tour - very knowledgeable guide who spoke perfect English. Gave us a lot of background info on the Palace and Temples that we wouldn't otherwise have had. However, didn't appreciate being dropped off at a jewellery shop that wasn't on the itinerary.

I appreciated the punctuality of the organisation very much, including several confirmations beforehand etc. It seems to me that the personality of the specific guide was an important element in this watertight approach. Best wishes,

The tour is beautiful, but the guide Mr. Marco (I dón't remember the last name) doesn't speak spanish. He knows some words, but he should not be a spanish guide. I've tried to speak english with him, but he didn't speak english too. .. And his bussiness card says English and spanish interpreter ¡¡¡¡

The trip got reversed so we did the cruise first and was bussed back. No big deal as it was a lovely trip and the river cruise was very relaxing.

The most interesting part (for me) was the visit to the museum. The train journey was a bit of a waste of time, as we didn't really see either cuttings or jungle to give us an idea of what the workers had to endure.

It was a wonderfull three days. We loved every minute we were there. We did not have rafting as per the itinerary. The tour company said it was not included. We were taken to the second hotel by boat and not by raft. We are not complaining as the rest of the tour was excellent. The Elephant ride was fun and staying in a room with no electricity and a net over our bed was exciting for us.
The service was great and the food terrific. Our tour guide stayed with us the whole three days and was excellent. She had a nice way of explaining everything to us.

The first night's hotel should be upgraded, and the Kantoke dinner was not very good entertainment. Besides those 2 things, the trip was wonderful. thanks
