4 Days Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai - Private tour

Day 1 Bangkok-Chiang Mai
Transfer to Bangkok Domestic Airport at 06:15 in the morning for the flight TG 102 to Chiang Mai. Arrival in Chiang Mai and transfer to the hotel. No lunch included. Pick up around 13:00 for the Chiang Mai cit tour and visit the ancient Chiang Mai’s city walls hits most significant temples: the glorious Wat Suan Dok, Wat Phra Sing, Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Ched Yod and Wat Chiang Man. No dinner included. Overnight at the chosen hotel.

Day 2 Chiang Mai
Breakfast. Morning visit of the holiest temple in the Chiang Mai region: the Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a temple containing the much-revered Buddhist relic. No lunch included. The afternoon, visit to what is commonly known as typical of Chiang Mai: the Thai Home Industry villages at Bo Sang and San Kamphaeng. See the renowned umbrella-making village, the traditional way of making lacquer ware, teakwood carving and furniture making, celadon pottery, silverware and jewelry making. In the evening enjoy a Northern Thai Khantoke dinner with dance performances of the hill tribes. Overnight at the chosen hotel.

Day 3 Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai
Breakfast. Transfer travelers from the Chiang Mai hotels to visit the elephant training camp to see the elephants at work (no ride included, optional service) before we continue north to Thaton. Thai set lunch en route at a local restaurant in Thaton. After lunch, we board long-tail boats for an exiting 3-hours long-tail boat to Chiang Rai, where en route, we pass along the way visit the local villages of Muser and Karen hill tribe descendants along the banks of the Mae kok River. Late afternoon arrival at the Chiang Rai boat landing from where it is only a short transfer to your chosen hotel. No dinner included in the package. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 Chiang Rai
Breakfast. Early morning transfer from hotel to visit the local villages of Yao and Akha hill tribe descendants and continue to Mae Sai, a small trading town. Then proceed to visit the exact spot where Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet, called “The Golden Triangle”. Lunch at Imperial Golden Triangle Resort, after lunch visit Chiang Saen ancient city, before the transfer to Chiang Rai Airport.

- Travelers wishing to return to Chiang Mai must return by road, as there are no flights between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. This additional transfer is to be charged as per our tariffs.

- Hotel’s early check in (before noon), late check out (after noon), connecting rooms and adjoining rooms are not guaranteed.
- No refund for unused services, splitting of package is not allowed.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
