Barcelona Full Day TourPART 1 Barcelona Highlights

In Barcelona, history and traditions go hand in hand with emerging fashion and new trends in cuisine, culture and art. To experience all the nuances and imbibe both faces of Barcelona, our tour begins in the historic centre, visiting places such as Via Laietana, the cathedral and its cloister, the Gothic Quarter and Plaça Sant Jaume.

Following this immersion in the Barcelona of traditions, we approach the key to the change of the city. With the hosting of the Olympic Games, Barcelona opened itself up to the sea and became economically and socially invigorated. What better way to immerse ourselves in the era of change than to pass by the Olympic Village and the Olympic Port and then climb Montjuïc to visit the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium, the Palau Sant Jordi and the Calatrava Tower.

Finally, we will visit El Poble Espanyol (the Spanish Village), a selection of typical buildings from all over Spain, showing a selection of the handcrafts of our country and providing the opportunity to taste the famous Catalan cava. And what better way to end the visit than with an aerial view of Barcelona from the cable car, which brings us from the mountain to the sea shore in 10 minutes.

PART 2 Barcelona Artisitic City Sightseeing

Go on a journey that gives you an insight into the artistic side of Barcelona. Get the chance to see the works of Spanish masters Gaudi and Picasso.

See Gaudi's famous apartment buildings, including the Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. Enjoy a 30-minute visit at Gaudi's bizarre Parc Guell, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Continue on to see the La Sagrada Familia Cathedral (outside viewing) and visit Barcelona's famous Cathedral of Sta. Maria del Mar, the only completely finished Gothic church in Catalonia.

The tour will end near the Picasso Museum where you can see works from the blue and pink periods of Pablo Picasso.
