Everything was ok, but the tour guide was a little bit boring, because he told us less information than we hoped and his voice tone was very quiet and it was very difficult to listen him. On the other hand, he was very careful with the group and very interested in our safety. It was quite bad listen the tour in 3 languages at the same time. About the experience, I have to recommend it because Bruges and Ghent are two cities which worth visiting.

Per chi alloggia a Bruxelles è ideale per vedere 2 paesi delle Fiandre avendo una guida a disposizione e senza cercare mezzi pubblici per i trasferimenti che tra l'altro non sono nemmeno economici anzi si spenderebbe di più dell'escursione stessa e con più stress e con la possibilità di non vedere tutto. Le località sono stupende , lo consiglio vivamente.

El guía estaba un poco desorganizado. Quedaron en recogernos en el hotel y tardaron casi una hora en la recogida. Y luego tardamos otros 20 minutos en salir hacia Gante. Es una pena, porque creo que se podría haber aprovechado mucho mejor el tiempo de la excursión. Gante merece más tiempo para verlo que solo una hora.

Bruges itself was lovely. We had minimal time in Ghent because of traffic delays. two complaints- 1)the tour guide was a chain smoker, and encouraged others to smoke. This was very unpleasant. 2)We asked the tour guide for a recommendation on how we could spend our free hour in Bruges. He could not come up with any suggestions except beer tasting. In retrospect, we would have enjoyed Memlingmuseum, and there were clearly other nice choices as well.

It was frustrating not being able to book locally. No one that I called had ever been to Brussels. I was afraid to book before my arrival because of the cancelation policy. If I gotten snow out, then I would have lost money. But it was difficult to book last minute tours after I arrived.

We booked it from home in England less than 24 hours before setting out for Brussels and with less than 48 hours before the tour's departure. nwevertheless we got vouchers by e-mail with amply instructions how to find the bus etc.

There needs to be more free time to explore Amsterdam or the trip needs to be restructured so tourists can see more. It felt as though the stops we made were designed to sell us items, such as cheese and wooden shoes, not to inform us or show us authentic Dutch countryside.

I loved this tour, but wish it was a little longer. The express tour is wonderful if you only have a short time available. If you have a longer time to site see, you might try to find a Bruges tour that would allow you a longer visit. I highly recommend doing the boat tour, it really made the trip. The city is beautiful and truly worth seeing.

We felt that it would have been better not to have stopped at that specific restaurant for lunch but to have left lunch until the coach stopped where we disembarked in the middle of the city, thus giving more choice for these people who wished to do their own thing. We were also disappointed that all shops were closed except a few selling postcards, so we thought that Sunday is not the best of days for a trip to Luxembourg so would not do a Sunday trip with you again.

The buss drivers were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the buss we used was very old and dirty, with torn seats and broken hand rails.

Although the tour schedule was interrupted by the National Holiday events, we still had a good tour. We were particularly impressed with one driver who picked us up at Central Station, and dropped us off near our hotel, before we even started our tour. He saved us a cab fare, and was very helpful!
