Discover the green forests, aboriginals, and animals of Kuranda. The Rainforest Nature Park will surely stun you with the beauty of the lush tropical environment and carry on to the Kuranda Village in a rainforest.
Indulge in a tropical BBQ buffet for lunch before continuing on to touring the world heritage rainforest in a 6 wheel drive amphibious army duck. Witness the Pamagirri Aboriginal dancers perform in the rainforest amphitheatre. The Kuranda Scenic Railway and the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway all work together to enable you to appreciate the compelling enchantment of the rainforest by giving you the views from above the forest canopy. Encounter native wildlife up close and see kangaroos, wombats, koalas and crocodiles at the Koala & Wildlife Park.
Marvel at over 1,500 different species of butterflies, including the iconic Kuranda, electric blue Ulysses, and majestic fluoro green and yellow Cairns Birdwing at the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary. Head back to the city on comfortable coach transfers.
