Hotel pickups are between 7:00 to 7:30 am. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at 7:00 am. Tour departs from our terminal at 8:15 am. We will arrive at the dock in Playa del Carmen at 9:40 am and take the ferry to Cozumel. The tour guide there will show you where you will meet him for the return ferry to Playa del Carmen. This will be the place and time to come back to Cancun.
Available from Monday to Saturday with round trip transportation from all Cancun Hotels. (Return Drop off Service Not Available for Courtyard by Marriott or Secrets Excellence Playa Mujeres.)

After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
