Hop On Hop Off Trolley and Upper Decker Tour

"Drivers spoke too fast, because they have to drive and to show many things at the same time. We suggest to use a system that we normally have in Europe with individual headphones for each passenger in different languages with the explanation previously recorded and on time with eache place. e.g. irrelevant the stop where you take the bus. They should understand that they have not only tourist from USA and they need to avoid local expressions. The last day the timetable of the trolley was really bad ,due to some problems with the previous ones. In fact they were overloaded with different people waiting in different stops. We have to wait 20 minutes seating in the trolley untill de departure and also to wait untill a complementary bus arrives to one of the stop. The guide was always gently. On the other hand the offices of Gray Line at the Palmer House Hotel were difficult to find. They are in the middle of a gift shop of the hotel, without any signal to show where they are.
