I have been on a number of city tours and this one was not very informative. The guide lacked enthusiasm. I learnt more on the boat trip that followed and had a great Food Tour the next day.

It would have been helpful to have been informed ahead of time of the change in pick-up point -- annoying to have to wait in line at the Tourist Information Office to get this information (which also could have been posted in an obvious place in the TIO). Also annoying to have to wait an extra 20 minutes while a double-decker bus was brought because of the large number of persons wanting to take the tour -- surely this could have been foreseen. Because the tour included a group of Germans who wanted translation we received only about two-thirds of the commentary -- not nearly as much as I had hoped for. The tour guide wasted quite a bit of time being chatty rather than informative.

We simply had a wonderful tour of North Sealand. The drive was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the two castles and photo stop at the residence of the queen. Our guide was very knowledgable and personable. I would highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Copenhagen.

A really good day. Good to see some of the countryside as well as Copenhagen. Good timing, with enough free time to explore, have lunch. Hamlet castle well worth seeing. Would recommend the tour. Only glitch was we got got up in a traffic jam on the way caused by road closures for a major cycle race. Perhaps the tour company should be aware of such events.

Good audio guide with loads of information. Clean and comfortable bus. Enjoyed the trip - definately worth doing if you have a few days in Copenhagen. You actually need more time at the castles (slots) and have to hurry up if you want to see everything.

If you're only visiting Copenhagen, this is a great way to get out of the city and see some of the countryside. The day was well-paced, and the audio guide was informative. There isn't really any opportunity to have lunch, so take a snack to eat on the bus.

Great way of seeing different parts of city. Would need at least 2 days as visiting any of the attractions (Carlsberg, Little Mermaid,etc) will take up alot of your time & you may not be guaranteed a seat on bus and they do not allow you to stand

It was raining, the windows of the bus were all fogged up, there was no way to see outside, there was water inside the bus, and at the top floor, the roof was leaking. The audio was not very good, and the bus broke down by the Admiral Hotel, so we had to walk to either see the Palace there, or hop on another bus. We did later on, but this one, even though was better than the previous one, still had the same water/weather issues.

Nice tour. Good amount of time at each castle although the tour of Hamlets Castle did not provide tickets to see all of the castle. Commentary on tour was good.
