a GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WITH LIKE EVERYTHING IN DUBAI WAS DONE WELL. THE FOOD WAS GOOD ALONG WITH THE SERVICE. THE VIEWS ALONG THE CREEK WERE GOOD ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. WE DID FEEL THAT A COMMENTARY WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD TO POINT OUT PLACES OF INTEREST BUT WORTH DOING.

You only know what you get when things go wrong. In our case we had a tyre failure on the dunes. The driver changed the wheel in 10 minutes insomething of a sandstorm.A great effort.The trip to Hatta was well worth doing as well. Would definitely recommendit as a day out.

We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it. The vehicle was one of the newest and cleanest cars we saw while on safari and the driver was excellent. He drove as you would expect him to over the dunes but at no point did I feel unsafe. The driver also pointed out places of interest on the way and ensured that we were happy and had enough to eat or drink when we got to the camp. A fantastic experience. It may also be worth noting that the other couple in the car with us had booked the trip through their travel rep in Dubai so this company is endorsed by European travel agents.

Our guide had lived for 3 years in Al Ain and he drove us for the best sights in the city and surroundings.It was very interesting to visit a traditional city in the UAE,escaping from the modernity of Abu Dhabi and Dubai cities.We had the opportunity to know about Sheick Zayed,which house is now a museum,who was the first president of the UAE.We also visited some fortresses and the oasis where part of the city is located.

Please let your customers know they will get wet as there is only room for 4-5 peoole sit on a bench in the middle where you don't get drenched. Others have to sit out on the deck and bow where you get wet and sprayed so you need to wear swimwear or sit underneath which I don't recommend as you couldn't see anything and it would be very hot. The Captain was nice and you could see the Atlantis fairly close. The world you couldn't get any pictures of as we didn't go out that far. Snacks were a few dates, pretzels and nuts in a small bowl shared by 14 people. It was a nice trip and we enjoyed it but a little pricey for what you saw. Carol Gurke

The whole afternoon was 100% with the pick up from the hotel to the Yacht and Cruise which I could not fault and the delivery back to my Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone as it was the best experience during my 8 weeks holiday.

We were looking forward to the DOW Cruise,but we got off a a stop earlier & spent too much time there,so driver recommened we get a taxi but unfortunately taxi driver didnt know where stop 7 was on the map!
So we missed the dow cruise.Apart from that a very interesting tour.
