What To Expect
Leave the skyscrapers of Dubai and ride a private vehicle all the way to the eastern coast region of the UAE. Your exploration begins with a drive through Al Dhaid, an agricultural oasis city famous for its fruit and vegetable farms. Make your way to the village of Dibba at the foot of the majestic Hajar Mountains. Have some time to wander around the small port before stopping by the Indian Ocean for lunch break. Take this opportunity to wade in its blue waters before getting back on the road to Fujairah, where you can find Al Badiyah, the oldest known mosque in the Emirates, and the Fujairah Fort, a 300-year old stronghold that was renovated in 2010.
Before making your return journey to Dubai, pay a visit to another oasis city in Bithnah and finally the Masafi Friday Market, where you can purchase souvenirs from local produce to fine carpets. Despite its name, the market is open every day of the week.
