Both guides were very good, especially the Accademia guide. My wife and I do indeed feel these are must do tours when visiting Florence.

Fantastic and very educational! Thank you. I've a point to be stressed. We did not notice that we had to check the day before if it was OK for our pres in French or not. I don't know where it's written but not on the paper we edited. The Lady was really kind and professional and we had our tour in French (and English) the day after. But, hopefully we were there the day after otherwise it would not be possible to have our pres in French (only in English) and my friends were not able to understand! It would have been a big issue.
