Hi... While the areas we saw during the walking tour were fantastic, we were not able to understand 80% of what the tour guide was saying (I think it was a mixture of the headphones - which several of ours quit working midway and the guides speaking, more the feedback on the headphones), therefore it was not the best it could be. Also, the van was between 45 minutes to an hour late picking us up, and while on vacation, I'd rather not be ready for something at 7:30am when the real time they arrive is 8:20. Also, it seems as though several people were told different things about where the tour would leave us off at. I knew we would not be taken back to our hotels, but several people had been told that they would be. One party resulted in either being late to, or missing their flight because of this!
