I was VERY disappointed in this tour. The speaker system in the van was not working. We did ask him to speak louder but he did not. The back of the van was stuffy, so we asked for the air conditioning but he didn't seem to know how to work it. We would have opened the window but one of the passengers was having allergy problems so we couldn't. The guide did not assist us out of the van, even though it was obvious two of us had knee problems. He offered very little background information. .We got more from our taxi driver from the airport. My husband and I took a similar tour a few years ago and were very pleased(from Citirama).I have never complained before about a tour before and have always given a tip...not this time.I do not think this guide wanted to be there. Me and my cousin enjoyed our tour with JOSEPH on Dec. 07/08. The whole tour was very informative, fun, and very interesting. We loved our tour guide/driver Joseph who is very outgoing, knowledgeable and just such a nice person! I would recommend it to anyone of my friends who decide to visit Paris in the future. Tour guide showed us more than what we signed up for as we travelled to the specific destination. Explanations given were adequate and not overly informative. It helps that she has a nice and warm personality.

It was an excellent tour. As we only visited Paris for four days, this tour gave us a good idea of the main sights and allowed us to decide which ones were of interest to us and visit them again. Our driver/guide was very helpful and polite.
