Everything about this trip was perfect. The courier was attentative and being dropped backoutside our residence was a really pleasantsurprise. The food at the Eiffel Tower was delicious and the seating arrangements made for an very convivial and friendly evening.
I have recommended this trip to several people who were going to Paris.

Me and my cousin enjoyed our tour with JOSEPH on Dec. 07/08. The whole tour was very informative, fun, and very interesting. We loved our tour guide/driver Joseph who is very outgoing, knowledgeable and just such a nice person! I would recommend it to anyone of my friends who decide to visit Paris in the future. It was ok and showed all the right places but the guide was telling more interested information in French to a couple of people and then giving the English on this English trip just the standard tourist stuff.

Boat was crowded. A large, very boisterous school group was on the trip and cruise staff did nothing to control the inappropriate behavior. Would definitely not use CityDiscovery for this again.

Excellent way to see the sights in a short space of time. All staff were very helpful even when we had to report at the end that one of our headsets was a bit temperamental. They were very apologetic and said they'd get it sorted. Would definately use them again.

The Illuminations Tour was great (nice bus, very nice tour guide, perfect mix of information and sights) but we didn't quite like the Cruise very much (noisy, cold, overrated).

I know we would have enjoyed the tour more if we had not been up so late the night before. The tour guides were very good and the tour was good. The only complaint was that we had to wait on our return for the shuttle to take us back to our hotel.

Well organised and the coach dropped us back at our hotel without a problem. The show was spectacular and very enjoyable. Food was basic, but fine considering the amount of people catered for and it was nice that there was a choice of menu. Worth telling people in advance not to bother taking cameras.

The above rating is with the following proviso. The show was excellent. However, we were disappointed by the quality and presentation of food. We also booked table for 4 and we had other people on our table which marred our view.

sparkling tower was a lovely surprise: perfect timimg by the driver. Excellent, clear commentary. Would have preferred an open top bus as the views were often obscured but obviously that is dependent on each day's weather.

The guide was extremely knowledgeable but it was very hard to hear everything he said because of other groups close by - would be improved by use of individual headphone sets - otherwise thought it was just as I expected. Order of exhibits great - especially Mona Lisa last!

Our bus was enclosed which we were a bit dissapointed about. There are great tour buses that have open tops so you could take better pictures while sightseeing. Would be nice to have known that before we booked. However, it was a hot day and the air conditioning helped for our children. The tour guide was very nice and informative. The sites were so quick....would have been nice to be able to get off and take pics for a moment but way too many passengers I guess. All in all it was an acceptable tour for the price.
