I enjoyed the tour very much,also the meal before.I would give it 4 stars.The only problem was a member of a business group who talked continually on her mobile phone to the extent no-one could hear the guide.Perhaps mobiles need to be turned off

It was a very busy period of the year but despite that the tour went quite smoothly. we had booked the tour with the meal included but due to the crowds we spent a long time in the history meuseum and missed the meal we had paid for, still no refund yet. overall a wonderful day although we got back starving!

however, it was everything in a hurry, rushing through most of the attractions. i suggest that the pick-up time starts earlier.

We were returning home to Australia after a very busy time in Europe and wanted to break the journey so that we could recover! We chose the harbour cruise because we thought it would offer us a quiet and relaxing way to see Singapore from a different perspective and it did.

We had a most enjoyable cruise. Staff attention excellent, food and service excellent. Commentary aboard interesting and informative. I was already aware of the Admiral's voyages around the world, having read of him some time ago.
All in all a very pleasant trip and to be recommended for anyone.

Well organised trip to the zoo. Guide gave us the option of following him or exploring the zoo on our own. However tour concludes at 12:30, which means the time is a little tight to fully explore the zoo.

The entire trip was fantastic. We were treated very professionally and courteously by all tour staff. We were surprised that although we were the only ones booked for this tour it still went ahead but this is testament to the tour operators exceptional customer service. If we had to pick a negative aspect of the tour it was the hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The CityDicovery website advertised we would be staying at The Park Royal in KL however we were booked into the Novatel. We had to ask for a new room after checking in as the first room had no refrigerator and had not been made up properly. We werent impressed with the Novatel at all and would not stay there again if we return to KL. Aside from that we would highly recommend this tour. The places we visited were interesting. We had enough time to see everything. We were given leisure time to do our own thing. The Malacca hotel (The Equatorial) was excellent. The knowledge of our tour guide was exceptional. The meals provided were delicious and plentiful. The transportation was clean and comfortable with extra leg room on the touring bus. Thanks CityDiscovery for an awesome trip.

Excellent trip. Very knowledgeable guide and safety conscious driver. Hotels of a good standard. Good breakfasts, and lunches that cover all types of Malaysian food available never went hungry.
