What To Expect
The best way to explore the Grand Bahama Island is on two wheels. And it's even better when you can also do some sightseeing in Freeport, relax on a beautiful beach and do some duty free shopping!
Explore downtown Freeport and learn about local history and interesting facts. Bike along Gran Bahama shoreland and visit a seaside native settlement. We will make frequent stops to take beautiful pictures and observe the colorful vegetation.
Stop at the tropical Garden of the Groves and explore its winding trails through lush vegetation, cascading waterfalls, sparkling fountains and even a Labyrinth. Enjoy a delicious lunch under a huge fig tree overlooking the waterfalls. Then, visit its picturesque chapel, which is an ideal spot for weddings, prayer and meditation. You will also have the opportunity to see birds and butterflies sip nectar or take insects from the many flowers and shrubs.
After lunch, take some time for shopping handcrafted goods, fragrances, books and locally made straw work.
Make your way to the private Junkanoo Beach Club where you will have plenty of time to swim in the crystal clear waters or relax on your own beach lounge. Your tour ends here and when everyone is ready you are transported back to your hotel.
