What To Expect
Palaces and wondrous places await! Get the chance to visit a UNESCO World Heritage site, full of opulence and splendor. The Alhambra palaces are a feat of architecture unparalleled during its time, and arguably any other time. It is a masterpiece of the Mudejar style, with astonishingly intricate tilework and fountains that will blow you away! Visit the palace of Charles V, an imposing structure built in the Roman style, and stroll along the Generalife Gardens, a romantic paradise of greenery, statues and courtyards.
Afterwards an air-conditioned train will take you to a panoramic tour around the city center of Granada, with sightings of the Alhambra forest, Puerta de la Justicia, the Plaza Nueva, Arco de la Granadas, Carrera del Darro and Paseo de los Tristes, then head to the Mirador de San Nicolas which offers an amazing view of the sunset bathing the city in its glow.
Pay homage to the Catholic monarchs who instigated the Reconquista at the Granada Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, where their remains lay along with several artifacts of their life and reign. At La Alcaiceria and El Corral del Carbon we give you the chance to roam around the city and experience all the dining and shopping options Granada has to offer. We will end the tour back at the Alhambra where we return to Malaga.
