Helsinki Card

The Helsinki Card is a handy, economical way of making most of a visit to Helsinki. Provided with the complete guidebook and excellent maps, free travel on public transport (trams, metro, buses, train, boats to islands) and free entrance to all major sights and museums you will be well-equipped to get the most out of your stay in the city.

Helsinki Card also includes a Free Audio City Tour daily in 12 languages valid for adult card holders. Furthermore, the Helsinki Card offers also great value discounts e.g. on the Finnair airport bus, half-day tours, tours to Tallinn and Lapland, restaurants, concerts etc.

Please Note
- The time of validity begins when the card is used for the first time. The time (day, month, hour and minute) will be stamped by hand at the first place visited. If the card is used for the first time on public transport the valid time must be marked before boarding the vehicle. The signed cardboard card is personal and not refundable or transferable. The card is valid in the calendar year printed on the cardboard card. All the benefits are listed in the guide book given on purchase.
- At some places the squares at the back of the Card will be marked, therefore please do not make any marks on them.
- Prices are gross including VAT. Changes are possible. All card benefits can be used only once.
- Some of the museums are closed on Mondays or may be closed between exhibitions.
- Most sights and museums are closed on the following holidays in 2008: Christmas Eve - December 24; Christmas Day - December 25.
- Child rate is applicable for 2 to 16 year olds. Children under 2 travel free of charge provided they are accompanied by a paying adult.

3. Enter basic travel, name, and payment information in the Check-out Form.

Upon booking, you will receive a voucher by email containing all details about the tour. You can check the status of your booking at anytime.

After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible. The appropriate amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Contact our Customer Service for help with changes or cancellations. Or read our Cancellation Policy.
