There really is no better-value way to see all Hong Kong has to offer! And don’t forget, you can see Hong Kong’s famous illuminations by joining the one hour panoramic Night Tour that can be added to your ticket or bought on its own

You may hop on and off the tour routes as much as you wish while your ticket is valid. Both the Red Tour and the Blue Tour offer you a choice of eight digitally recorded languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, German and Malay. With Big Bus Tours you can enjoy both routes for the price of one! And remember, big is always best; especially in Hong Kong!

Red Tour
Step back in time and witness the future unfolding as you travel around Hong Kong Island. As your open-top tour bus drives you through the streets of the city centre, you can still see remnants of Hong Kong's colonial past alongside the modern skyscrapers that make up the cityscape of today.

Stop at the Peak Tramway (entrance included with your Big Bus ticket) and ride to the top where you will be rewarded with breathtaking views across the Victoria Harbour.

See the very point in Wan Chai where the handover ceremony of Hong Kong took place; officially marking the transfer of Hong Kong from the United Kingdom to the People's Republic of China. And for a more relaxing view of the city, sit back and relax as you cross the Victoria Harbour on the upper deck of the Star Ferry. The ferry is popular with tourists and has become one of the icons of Hong Kong.

Red Tour Break Points
- Star Ferry Central Terminus Hong Kong Island (Next to main Central Terminal)
- Convention and Exhibition Centre Wan Chai (opposite the Gold Bauhinia flower)
- Peak Tramway Lower Terminus (Outside main entrance next to the WWF)
- Lan Kwai Fong and Soho (Next to Yung Kee Restaurant)

Blue Tour
The Blue Tour takes you to the heart of Hong Kong. As you travel through the streets of Kowloon, you will discover the hustle and bustle of everyday Hong Kong life and a variety of sights, sounds and smells. The Tour passes shops, restaurants, churches, monuments, parks and markets, and offers something unique both to the resident and visitor alike.

Enjoy the street markets of Mong Kok. Witness traditional trades on Shanghai Street and explore old temples where you can even have your fortune told.

The tour will travel through the luxury shopping district of Canton Road before reaching the Victoria Harbour which offers breathtaking views across to Hong Kong Island.

Along the way you will have the option to visit the Space or Science Museums, or the History Museum where a fascinating tour recreating village dwellings, street life in the 1880s and film footage of the war years can be seen, giving you an insight into Hong Kong’s varied past. Take a break at one of the many restaurants and try some traditional Chinese 'Dim Sum'; the Cantonese phrase meaning "touch the heart".

Blue Tour Break Points
- Avenue of the Stars (outside Starbucks)
- Langham Place Malll and Hotel
- Temple Street and Jade Market
- Mody Road (Tsim Sha Tsui)

Hong Kong Star Ferry
Star FerryHop off at stop 1 or 5 of the bus tour and explore Hong Kong’s famous Victoria Harbour from the Upper Deck of the Star Ferry. This two-way crossing connecting our Red Tour and Blue Tour is included free in your Big Bus ticket.

The Star Ferry is a passenger ferry service. Its principal routes carry passengers across the Victoria Harbour, between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. The fleet of twelve ferries operates four routes across the Harbour, carrying over 70,000 passengers a day, or 26 million each year. It has become one of the icons of Hong Kong's heritage. The views from the upper deck are unrivalled so make sure to bring your camera!

The current ferries were built in the Hung Hom dockyards and are still based on the original design.

The Star Ferry departs every 15 minutes from Central Pier and Tsim Sha Tsui and takes approximately 15 minutes.

Peak Tramway
Peak Tramway Jump on board the world famous Peak Tram and explore Victoria Peak as it overlooks Hong Kong, Victoria Harbour and the Kowloon Peninsula.

The Peak Tramway is a funicular railway, which carries both tourists and residents to the upper levels of Hong Kong Island. The tram journey to and from Victoria Peak is included free with your Big Bus ticket. The Tramway runs from the Central district to Victoria Peak via the Mid-Levels, and offers superb views over the skyscrapers and harbour of Hong Kong.

At the top you will find magnificent panoramic views over Hong Kong, a variety of walks, restaurants and shopping with something available for all the family.

The Tramway was opened for public service in May 1888, covering a distance of 1.4 kilometres with four intermediate stations. More than 4 million people ride the Peak Tram annually; an average of 11,000 each day making it one of the 'must do' activities in Hong Kong.

The Peak tramway departs approximately every 10 minutes with a journey time of about 10 minutes.

"All city sites covered, great to be able to get on and off. Could possibly start earlier in the day and have better signing to the pick up point in Kowloon."
