What To Expect
Mocona is an ancient Guarani word for "the one that swallows everything". The Iguazu Falls may be the most popular falls in Argentina, but the Mocona Falls have to be the most distinct. Unlike most waterfalls that flow downward and forward, the peculiar 3-kilometer falls runs laterally along the river, the water flowing to the sides of the gorge.
