- You are required to fill out the form (your name, sex, age, nationality), when you enter the Kyoto Imperial Palace.
- Journey between Osaka and Kyoto will be accompanied by an English-speaking tour assistant and use public transportation(JR train).
- On Saturdays,Sundays,public holidays Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed.The tour will visit Nishi Honganji instead.This includes before and after the public viewing of the Kyoto Imperial Palace in April and October,three days before and after Aoi Festival(May 15) and when there is an Imperial Household event.
- Please note you are asked your full name,nationality,gender and age to follow necessary procedures before entering the Kyoto Imperial Palace.
- On Tuesdays in Jan.,Jul.,Aug.,and Dec.or Wednesday if Tuesday in national holiday,Nijo castle is closed.The tour will visit Ryoanji Temple or Daitokuji Daisen-in Temple instead.
- If you are continuing on to Kyoto Afternoon or Nara Afternoon Tour,connection is made at Kyoto Handicraft Center.

That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
