Travel from Kyoto to Nara by bus, where you can visit Todaiji, the largest wooden structure in the world and home of the Great Buddha, the largest Buddha statue in Japan. Mingle with the many deer at Nara Park, then proceed to Kasuga Taisha Shrine, Nara’s most famous shrine.

More than 1,000 tame deer roam freely in the verdant 1,250 acres peaceful park.

Kasuga Taisha Shrine
The most famous and beautiful Shinto shrine in Nara, it features some 3,000 antique stone and bronze lanterns.

Please Note
- Itinerary is subject to change according to the traffic conditions.
- Journey from Osaka to Kyoto and from Nara to Osaka will be accompanied by an English-speaking tour assistant and use public transportation.
- Connection to Kyoto Special Night or Kyoto Maiko Night tours cannot be made due to time constraints.
- At Kasuga Shrine, the tour does not include entrance to areas requiring admission.
- There is no pick-up service provided by Kyoto Hotel Okura during the Gion Festival (July 17) and Jidai Festival (October 22) due to traffic restrictions.
- There is no Drop-off service provided by Karasuma Kyoto Hotel during the Gion Festival (July 14-16) due to traffic restrictions.
- Nara Nagomikan is replaced by another souvenir shop when closed.

After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
