After exploring the metropolis of Tokyo, experience the nature of Japan at Mt. Fuji and Hakone. Mt. Fuji, considered to be an almost perfect mountain, is Japan’s most famous symbol. Hakone, a historical mountain resort area, provides a variety of attractions. Cruise across Lake Ashi, Hakone’s centerpiece, to Hakone-en Garden. Take the ropeway up Mt. Komagatake, where you can get a spectacular panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and the valley below

ITINERARY

One day before
Train tickets and hotel voucher are delivered to your hotel one day prior to departure.

Day1 : Kyoto - Tokyo
Transfer to Kyoto Station on your own and board a Shinkansen Hikari super express for Tokyo leaving between 11:40 and 13:00
Arrive at Tokyo between 14:40 and 15:50.

Transfer to Shinagawa Prince Hotel (New Tower) on your own.

Day2 : Tokyo
Whole day free

Day3 : Tokyo - Mt.Fuji - Hakone - Kyoto
Pickup service available from Shinagawa Prince Hotel (New Tower).
Motor coach drive along Chuo Expressway en route enjoying a breathtaking view of Mt.Fuji, Japan's highest mountain of 3,776m above sea level.
After a brief stop at Fuji Visitor Center, drive halfway up Mt.Fuji to the 5th station. After lunch, drive to Hakone to enjoy a cruise on Lake Ashi (Ashinoko Yuransen) and Mt. Komagatake Ropeway. At Odawara, board a Shinkansen leaving between 19:00-20:10 and arrive at Shin-Osaka between 22:00-23:20.

REMARKS

These tours are offered for travelers from overseas only.
Tour includes no assistant or guide service, you need to make a own transfer between hotel and Train Station and or elsewhere you want to visit.
Requested to book 2 working days prior, with information of your staying place, address, phone-No. and check-in date for delivering tickets. (In case staying at personal residence, inform us name of landlord also.)
Tickets are delivered to your hotel or staying place by 1 day before the departure day.
If any change of you delivery address , please inform us by 8 working days prior.
In case of cancel (or change) after you received your ticket, you are requested to return your ticket to Sunrise Center.

Mt. Komagatake Aerial Cableway skipped due to traffic conditions without alternative on the following days; Apr.26, May 5, Jul. 21,26, Aug.2,3,9,10,15-17,23,24,30,31, Sep.14-15,21,23,28, Oct.4-5,13,18-19,25-26, Nov.2-3 & 22

When the driveway up to Mt.Fuji's 5th station is closed in winter due to heavy snow, you will go up highest possible point.
Komagatake Ropeway or Cruise on Lake Ashi may also be omitted or substituted deppending on traffic, weather conditions, or for other operationnal reasons. In this case, you will enjoy one in case of either of them omitted or two for both of them omitted out of following althernatives;Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone shrine, Owaku-dani and Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway. Your tour guide will finalize alternative places, based on careful study of tour movement and other comditions.

We recommend you to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during autumn and winter.
For people proceeding to Kyoto after this tour, please note that your arrival time is usually around 21:30 but sometimes will be around 22:00-23:00 due to traffic conditions.
Even if you go up to 5th station of Mt. Fuji, it so happens that you cannot see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to the weather conditions . We shall never make any refund and also never cancel the tour operation for this reason.

There is a possibility that your tour guide not accompany you on the tour bus or the Shinkansen back to Tokyo after Odawara station for operational reasons. In this case, your guide will provide information on how to go back your hotel from Tokyo station (Return by Shinkansen), or from Shinjuku / Ginza (By motorcoach Throughout).
When “Fuji Visitor Center” is closed, or if the tour is behind the schedule due to traffic jam, “Fuji Visitor Center” may be skipped.

That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
