What To Expect
Embark on an amazing immersive cultural experience in Kyoto by dressing up in a beautiful kimono. With a help from a professional stylist, choose from a wide selection of kimono designs and accessories. To complement your kimono, get your stylist to fix your hair into a traditional Japanese hair style.
Complete with an obi (traditional Japanese sash), undershirt, overcoat, shawl, handbag, tabi (traditional Japanese socks) and sandals, set out for stroll around the notable entertainment district of Gion and experience Kyoto from a perspective of a geisha and meiko. Take a step back in time as you see many traditional tea houses and restaurants, old wooden building and ancient shops giving you a refined and elegant atmosphere of old times. Explore the iconic sights around Gion, such as Kiyomizu Temple and Yasaka Shrine, and feel free to take photos.

Yukata (light cotton kimono) will be worn in place of a kimono during summer (June, July and August).
Kimono are available for participants up to 185 cm tall (about 6'11") with waist sizes go up to 100 cm (about 39 inches).
This tour has a 2 passenger minimum requirement for operation and is subject to cancellation if this minimum is not met. Please call at least 72 hours prior to departure to confirm schedule.
