Feel at peace at Mt. Hiei’s Enryakuji Temple, an important monastery in Japan’s history. After a morning tour of the grounds, practice Zazen, Japanese-style meditation, in the temple.

ITINERARY

From Kyoto

Assemble at major hotel in Kyoto. Visit Hiei / Enryakuji Temple. After lunch, experience "Zazen", Japanese-style meditation. Drop-off service to hotel in Kyoto. (between 15:00-16:00 )

REMARKS
We recommend you to wear casual clothing and comfortable shoes suitable for walking.
This tour visits Hieizan Garden museum in 2009.
