2-Day City Pass:

Free entry to 27 tourist sites and attractions as well as Metropolitan Lille's public transportation network (subway, bus, tramway);

3-Day City Pass:
In addition to receiving the same advantages as for the 2 day passes, you'll receive free entry to 8 tourist sites and attractions in the Nord-Pas de Calais region as well as free, unlimited use of regional TER trains (SNCF).

How can you get the City Pass?

At the Lille Tourist Office, Palais Rihour , Place Rihour

- on-site, 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Sunday and bank holidays, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Closed 1 January, 1 May, and 25 December)

Please Note
Some museums are closed on Monday and/or Tuesday as well as on the first weekend of September (Lille's big Flea Market weekend)!
All the tourist sites are closed on January 1st, May 1st and December 25th.

Upon booking, you will receive a voucher by email containing all details about the tour. You can check the status of your booking at anytime.

After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible. The appropriate amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Contact our Customer Service for help with changes or cancellations. Or read our Cancellation Policy.
