What To Expect
You will be picked up in your hotel in Lisbon for a trip Peña Palace & Sintra for about 5 hours. It is an astonishing fairytale castle, located in one of the highest peaks of the Sintra mountain range. The palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal.
At the end of the morning, there will be free time to walk in the streets of the village of Sintra, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A village known for enchanting kings and inspiring poets. Appreciate the several handicraft shops and tea-rooms and taste delicious local sweets like the "queijadas" or the travesseiros.
Then, you will leave for Colares*, a region demarcated and recognized for its table wines. After Colares you continue towards Cabo da Roca, the most western point in continental Europe. There, enjoy a panoramic view of the Serra de Sintra.
You pass the beach of Guincho on the way to Boca do Inferno, a chasm that has become a tourist attraction thanks to the water that strikes rocks. Enjoy the landscape until Cascais, where we can take a glimpse of the fishing port.
You return to Lisbon by the Estoril Coast where we can have a panoramic view of the Casino and its gardens.
At the end of your tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
