The beautiful Royal Opera House houses other companies'
creations. In this opera house they work with foreigners
companies too.

The London Coliseum houses the English National
Opera. In this place, good musical level is accepted
and all the classical works are in English. The
artists are younger than the Royal Opera House's
one.

- The South Bank Centre
This centre has three auditoriums, all well constructed
:
- The Royal Festival Hall is the biggest of the
three and is considered as one of the best auditorium
of London . In this one, the national and international
big orchestras are often listened.
- The Queen Elizabeth Hall houses medium sized
orchestras which couldn't enter in the third auditorium.
- The Purcell Room is an ideal auditorium for
string quartets or for young artists show.

- The Barbican Concert Hall
This Hall houses the London Symphony Orchestra.
Each season, the symphony plays one artist's pieces
and changes the season after. This hall is all
known for its contemporary music programme planning.

This hall houses lots of shows not all musical.
In this place, all sort of music can be listened.
The City of Birmingham Orchestra , the Chicago
Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Symphony Orchestra

Thanks to its good acoustic, the Wigmore Hall
could houses international artists. Each week,
this Hall suggests seven concerts in the evening.

This marvellous church built by Gibbs houses the
St Martin-in-the-Fields Academy and its choirs.
Concerts are given in the evening. You've certainly
heard this academy in the English Patient, the
famous movie.
