London Gatwick Private Airport Transfer

We offer a private airport transfer service to/from London for clients who value comfort, safety, speed and efficiency whether traveling for business or for pleasure.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our driver / representative carrying a sign with your name and they'll assist you with your luggage to the waiting vehicle to get you on the road in the quickest and easiest way to your destination.

To ensure your peace of mind, we carefully select only the most experienced and reliable operators in each city.

Arriving Passengers
The driver will be waiting for you at the meeting/information point at the arrivals lounge for arriving passengers with your name on the sign.
Please note that the driver will wait 1 hour 30 mins after your flight lands. In case of any delays, you will be charged extra.
If your reservation does not include meet and greet, then you will need to go to the coach park where the coach will be waiting.

Departing Passengers
Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection. We will collect you 3 and a half hours before your scheduled flight time.

Transfers include :
* Meet and greet with a personalized sign up to 8 people.
* For larger groups,driver will wait by the vehicle outside the arrivals terminal; You can book a meet and greet service for additional cost; Driver will carry your name on a sign board.
* Assistance with luggage. Provision is made for ONE suitcase and ONE carry on bag. For a car, this is a very important specially if there are 3 passengers.
* Knowledgeable and friendly drivers
* Vehicles fully insured and safe
* Transfers to seaports, evening transfers for theatres available (on request).
* Vehicles are normally Volvo cars, or 8 seater Renaults or minibus or coach.

NOTE:
The rate is double on the Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day

Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Voucher. Our Product Managers select only the most experienced and reliable operators in each destination, removing the guesswork for you, and ensuring your peace of mind.

Once you are happy with the price,proceed to checkout to our secure payment page.  Enter your details and click on confirm and pay.
A confirmation voucher for your activity will appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your mailbox.

You can check the status of your booking at anytime.

What happens after you book.

Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity. The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination.

How to Cancel
Log on to your City Discovery ! account to view the list of your existing bookings.
Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service. Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the
cancellation policy.
