the guide was outstanding, her knowledge was impressive, and added to the enjoyment of the trip.
Actual vouchers or tickets should be issued, as no one seemed to know what to do with our computer confirmations.

I enjoyed it very much. Ambrose was our driver/guide and I liked him very much - and he's a very good, careful driver, which I appreciated. The one negative comment I would make is that I wished he had spoken more. What he did say was interesting and knowledegable - but not enough for me. He mentioned that he would try to hold his comments down so as not to disturb those who wanted to snooze. Well - if you want to snooze, stay in your hotel. Tours are for seeing and hearing info. But I really don't mean that as a criticism of him - he was wonderful. I just wish we'd heard more from him. But all in all, a wonderful, full day. Very worth the price. Good job.

The tour guide was very informative and nice, really interesting in her information and very friendly. However the lunch was not up to the standard. We had fish and chips which I think was not satisfactory for its price. Also one needed to be walked through the Tower of London, not just left to explore on one's own. However, the tour gave us a chance to see many of London's landmarks, something we would not have been able to do on our own. Thank you very much for a lovely day.

The tour was great and the guide very interesting and kind with everybody. The places were fabulous, and we would have liked to spend more time in each of them; but there were so many things to see that we could not afford to stay longer...The day wasn't long enough! We really enjoyed our trip: at the end of the day, we were a bit tired, but happy!

Too much to see in one day. You should offer 48 hour tickets at a price less than 2 x single days (if you don't already) so people can take the tour over two days.....

Everything was great, music, wine atmosphere. Food wa absolutely dreadful, soup inedible, returned. Also definitely said dress code was jacket, ties and formal if preferred. Lots of people were allowed on board without jackets ties and even in jeans. Not appreciated when was has taken the effort to dress appropriately.

We asked for a hop on/hop off tour. There were 37 people on our tour. We were upgraded to an escorted tour and decided to stay with it. When we got to the Eiffel Tower, the tickets had already been sold for the day and we were not able to go up in it. We were supposed to get a reimbursement for that from your company. We were then taken to the Louvre which was closed d/t the holiday. I don't know if we paid to go in there or not. We drove under the Arc de Triumph but there was no opportunity to take pictures etc. We were rushed from one place to another and I realize that we had to hurry so we could squeeze as much as possible in to the tour. We were on and off the bus so many times that I eventually could not make it back to the top. We had not been given the opportunity to eat or go to the bathroom. We got up at 3:30 a.m. to get our ride and we were not given the opportunity to go to the bathroom or eat until 3 in the afternoon. All the while our tour guide, Peter, was apologizing for all of the problems with the sites we were unable to see. He kept telling us that we would go somewhere else to make up for it. We did finally get some time to eat, go to the bathroom and shop for a few minutes when we got to Notre Dame. At the end we were taken to the Opera House and dropped off on a side street and given a few minutes to walk around the Opera House which was also closed. When we got back to London, there was no one there to direct us to where our taxis were. Several people's taxis weren't there. Ours did happen to be there. As you can tell my daughter and I were not pleased with the tour at all. We would have been much better off to have done the hop on/hop off. Also, the tour guides acted surprised that all of these places were closed because of the holiday. It seems like that would have been confirmed before we ever left London.

Blenheim Palace could have been a bit longer..maybe an additional 1/2 hour. Other stops not so interesting..towns with shops and stops were too short. Lunch was adequate. Overall, we liked tour and would recommedn it.
