There was a problem. The driver who picked us up at the hotel to send us the wrong train station so without knowing English and being madrigada us so we had to manage to find the appropriate station. For the rest everything was wonderful and we loved the trip to Edinburgh.

Interesting city with a fabulous (actively used) castle. Friendly people, good service. Major construction project on the city's main streets for new light rail system was a major distraction/detraction.

Time was a little pressing - an extra half hour in each place would have improved it - traffic to Hampdon Court unbelievable & that cut time there - guide should have allowed for the traffic & given more time at Hampdon Court.

The guide was very enthusiastic and informative. He even carried a large bag of books about Jack the Ripper to show us at the end. Although the tour was advertised as lasting less than 2 hours, he entertained us for nearly 2.5. He gave a lot of history about the places we passed through not connected with the Ripper. The only drawback is that we didn't visit all the murder sites, but perhaps they didn't exist any more with all the new building in London in the last 120 years.

The tour of Leeds Castle and Canterbury Cathedral were very good. I felt the trip to Dover and Greenwich were misleading by omission of information. Just standing at a port of call and looking at the cliffs was disappointing. But I was most upset by the lack of information and the dismissal of the tour guide when we reached Greenwich. I had previously planned to visit the museum and see the Prime Meridian. When I saw that it was on the tour, that was a selling point to make a reservation. When we reached the destination, the guide rushed us along and basically diemissed us as she herded us on to the boat and told us we didn't have time for the museum. That should have been explained in the desc

really enjoyed it. This was my 2nd fat tire bike ride but it was still really good. Didn't stop at Princess Di memorial which was a bit disappointing but overall a great day.
