"We were told to meet at 1pm but others on the same tour were told 1.20 - the tour started at 1.30. One of the concierge team was patronising and over familiar; when 1pm came and no-one else was there he implied that we were making a fuss. We were concerned that we were in the wrong place but he was not interested (he was not busy with other duties). The Grosvenor is supposed to be a superior hotel but all hotels depend on the attitude of their staff. Not your fault that the palace lacked charm. The tea was not of a good standard and certainly NOT worth the money. I will not do this kind of thing again. The tour was a disappointment in a lovely trip to London. Sorry to report such negative feedback but it may be of use to you. Many thanks"
