This tour starts at our group welcome desk at St. Pancras International station, where you’ll exchange your voucher for your welcome pack. The journey to Paris takes just 2 hours and 15 minutes, passing en route through the 31 mile-long Channel Tunnel.
You decide what you want to do when you arrive in Paris. Go on the Open Top Bus Tour (included) to see the Champs-Elysees, bounded by the Arc de Triomphe and Place de la Concorde. Use the free time to go shopping or exploring with your Metro ticket and your free map of Paris. Take the lift up the Eiffel Tower for truly spectacular views of Paris. Visit Notre-Dame on the banks of the River Seine, and the world's greatest art gallery, the Louvre, home to the Mona Lisa.
The return trip to London is at 20:13. You must arrive at the Eurostar and check in at least 45 minutes before departure. Expect to return to London around 21:40.

That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible. "We asked for a hop on/hop off tour. There were 37 people on our tour. We were upgraded to an escorted tour and decided to stay with it. When we got to the Eiffel Tower, the tickets had already been sold for the day and we were not able to go up in it. We were supposed to get a reimbursement for that from your company. We were then taken to the Louvre which was closed d/t the holiday. I don't know if we paid to go in there or not. We drove under the Arc de Triumph but there was no opportunity to take pictures etc. We were rushed from one place to another and I realize that we had to hurry so we could squeeze as much as possible in to the tour. We were on and off the bus so many times that I eventually could not make it back to the top. We had not been given the opportunity to eat or go to the bathroom. We got up at 3:30 a.m. to get our ride and we were not given the opportunity to go to the bathroom or eat until 3 in the afternoon. All the while our tour guide, Peter, was apologizing for all of the problems with the sites we were unable to see. He kept telling us that we would go somewhere else to make up for it. We did finally get some time to eat, go to the bathroom and shop for a few minutes when we got to Notre Dame. At the end we were taken to the Opera House and dropped off on a side street and given a few minutes to walk around the Opera House which was also closed. When we got back to London, there was no one there to direct us to where our taxis were. Several people's taxis weren't there. Ours did happen to be there. As you can tell my daughter and I were not pleased with the tour at all. We would have been much better off to have done the hop on/hop off. Also, the tour guides acted surprised that all of these places were closed because of the holiday. It seems like that would have been confirmed before we ever left London. "
