WELCOME – Meet our representative by the ticket office at Euston Station at 09:30am for 10:05am departure. They will check you in and escort you to your reserved seats.
WEDGWOOD - On arrival at Stoke Station at 11:40am you will be met by a representative who will take you to Wedgwood. After collecting your welcome pack, which includes entry to Wedgwood, souvenir guidebook, and discount vouchers, you will tour the working factory. Here you will see the entire production process, learn about the history of this company founded in 1759, and understand how one man's genius created a business that continues to thrive. The exhibition and audio guides are available in 5 languages.
DEMONSTRATION AREA - You will have the chance to make your own piece of Wedgwood pottery and have it fired and sent home for you. Choose from making a Jaspar pot or a medallion; decorating a turned vase; or painting a plate, cup or flower.
LUNCH & SHOPPING - You can also dine in one of the first-class restaurants, using only Wedgwood china, and make sure you don't miss the excellent shopping opportunity – buy best product or a gift unique to the visitor centre, or find a bargain amongst the factory seconds and discontinued products.
RETURN JOURNEY - Your train departs from Stoke Station at 5:51pm, arriving at Euston Station at 7:28pm.

After you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Give the voucher to the operator on the day of the activity.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible. The appropriate amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Contact our Customer Service for help with changes or cancellations. Or read our Cancellation Policy.
