What To Expect
The Cabo San Lucas Bay provides excellent diving conditions. A deep submarine trench closely follows the bay and creates an unusual marine environment that attracts an abundance of marine life. Here the waters are warm and the currents gentle.
Some of the Dive Spots in Cabo San Lucas Bay include:
Sand Falls (90 - 120 feet): Discovered by Jacques Cousteau, it has steep sand banks cascading into the canyon with many tropical fish.
Sea Lion Colony (30 - 70 feet): Join the Sea lions in their own habitat. This dive gives even the novice diver an excellent opportunity to join and observe the sea lions.
Land's End (25 - 75 feet): Located on the point of the Baja Peninsula where the Pacific Ocean joins the Sea of Cortez. Just past the final pinnacle lies a shipwreck that forms a natural aquarium for scuba divers and sea lions to play in!
