From Lucerne, we embark on a scenic coach journey through panoramic Swiss vistas to reach Bernese Oberland. Experience an unforgettable vacation and spend two days in the heart of the magnificent Jungfrau region. After your immersion in the chosen town, journey to the enchanting tundra of ice and snow in Jungfraujoch.
Being the region's shopping paradise, Interlaken offers diverse collections of local produce, precious jewelries and watches which are excellent mementos for you to buy and take home. Located between two beautiful lakes, Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, this town is also the sanctuary for magnificent sights and activities. You may choose to cruise in one of the pristine lakes and see the region reflected on its placid waters or take a cable car ride to Interlaken's home mountain Harder Kulm to see the panoramic countryside on a vantage point.
For nature lovers and thrill seekers, Grindelwald, also known as Eiger or Glacier Village, offer amazing well-prepared hiking trails. Situated in an impressive Alpine landscape, these trails lead to the best lookout points which offer stunning sights of the surrounding mountainscape including the world famous triple peaks Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau.
Depending on your overnight option, various restaurants in Interlaken and Grindelwald respectively offer assortments of trendy to authentic local food at reasonable prices. Get a chance to hear lovely folk music which will surely enhance the dining experience. Ski lodges and bars are also open to let you experience the region's nightlife. In the morning, you will be treated to a buffet breakfast at your 3-star hotel.
After a sumptuous buffet breakfast, you will meet your tour guide at Interlaken Tourist Service/ Grindelwald- Grund train station (depending on option) for a guided expedition to reach Jungfraujoch. Your luggage will be securely stored in a bus before we board the cogwheel train for a spectacular ride through the gorgeous Kleine Scheidegg to ascend the mountain. Witness astonishing views of the Jungfrau region and the imposing Eiger North Face unfold before your eyes.
At the top, you will get the chance to immerse in the fascinating alpine wonderland of ice, snow and manmade attractions. Get to know more about the mountains and surrounding lands in Alpine Sensation, an adventure tour which marked the 100th year anniversary of the Jungfrau railway. Visit the Sphinx Observation Terrace and Plateau and bask in breathtaking scenery of snow-capped peaks, neighboring European countries and the Aletsch Glacier. You can also stroll through the wintry tunnels of the Ice Palace located in the heart this Europe's longest glacier.
At the end of the day, you will descend and pass through the holiday village of Wengen and then to Lauterbrunnen where the coach awaits you for a return trip to Lucerne.

This tour has to be booked at least 2 days before your desired departure date. Overnight options are subject to availability. Please indicate preferred Overnight Stay option at time of booking.
Tour is only partly guided. Afternoon and overnight stay are unescorted. Detailed written information of the tour will be provided for the individual stay.

We recommend bringing your own winter wear and hiking boots for the mountain visit part of the tour.
Modifications made 24 to 48 hours before the departure will incur a 20.00 CHF handling fee, payable upon check in on the day of the tour. Modifications within 24 hours prior to departure are not possible.
