Toledo is an hour-drive away from Madrid and is like an immense museum of great beauty that holds some of the most historical Spanish monuments. It has been considered a National Monument and called the City of Three Cultures, speaking of a time when Christians, Moslems and Jews lived peacefully within its walls.

Start the tour at the new reception center and enter the old quarters to visit the inside of the monumental Cathedral of Saint Mary, also known as the Primate Cathedral. Also explore the Church of St. Tome, home to El Greco’s “The Burial of Count Orgaz,” the old Jewish quarter, the Synagogue of Ste. Maria la Blanca, the Church of San Juan de los Reyes and the house museum of renowned sculptor Victorio Macho, located over River Tagus, providing an outstanding view.

Enjoy a short movie about Toledo before going on to a typical factory at Damasquino, known for the handicraft art of Toledo.
