Itinerary / Activity Schedule

Day 01- TUESDAY - ARRIVAL TRANSFER
Welcome at the Mexico City "Benito Juarez" international airport, transfer to the hotel of your choice and accommodation.

DAY 02 - WEDNESDAY - MEXICO DF. - QUERETARO - SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE
Breakfast. Departure to Queretaro, a cultural and historic heritage site to visit the Aqueduct, the Convent of the crosses and its Historic Downtown district; Continue to San Miguel de Allende, also declared as cultural and historic heritage site, where many intellectuals and artists live. Visiting San Miguel’s Parish church with the Holy House Chapel, the Inquisitor's House, the San Francisco church and the Allende's house. You will enjoy a great variety of handicrafts stores, restaurants and bars. Overnight.

DAY 03 - THURSDAY - SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE-DOLORES HIDALGO - GUANAJUATO
Breakfast. Departure to Dolores Hidalgo, where in 1810, the father Don Miguel Hidalgo, began the Independence war. Also Jose Alfredo Jimenez, one of the most famous musician composers, was born here. Continue to spectacular Guanajuato, another cultural and historic heritage site of humanity. In the afternoon visit this fabulous city, full of beautiful colonial alleys and plazas, the University, the Juarez Theater, the Kissing Alley and the Diego Rivera’s house amongst others; Its streets and subterranean avenues are one of a kind in the country. Other attractions are the Alhondiga de Granaditas, the Museum of Don Quixote and the museum of the Mommies. Overnight.

DAY 04 - FRIDAY - GUANAJUATO - ZACATECAS
Breakfast. Head to Zacatecas, a World cultural and historic Heritage Site, called The beautiful colonial city of "Pink Cantera” and its most outstanding Mexican baroque style found in its Cathedral and other monuments at the historical district. Visit "La Bufa" Hill and take an unforgettable panoramic view of the city. We will descend in funicular and visit the mine of Eden. Overnight.

DAY 05 - SATURDAY - ZACATECAS - GUADALAJARA
Breakfast. Continue on to Guadalajara, where tequila and mariachis were born, to visit Tlaquepaque colonial town, and enjoy its ambiance, its music, its folklore and its stores where our finest handicrafts are made. Overnight.

DAY 06 - SUNDAY - GUADALAJARA - TEQUILA
Breakfast. Take a City Tour visiting the Government palace and the Cabanas' Hospice with their splendid mural paintings by Orozco declared cultural and Historic Heritage sites; the Plaza Tapatia, the Degollado Theater, the Cathedral and then continue to Tequila, the typical town where tequila was born and is still being produced in those traditional distilleries and the agave fields along the way which are as well as cultural and historic heritage sites of humanity. Return to Guadalajara. Overnight.

DAY 07 - MONDAY - GUADALAJARA - PATZCUARO
Breakfast. Continue to Patzcuaro, which is famous for its colonial beauty and its unique traditions; Within the attractions are the Basilica of Our Lady of Health, the “House of the Eleven Patios”, and the Historic Colonial Indian Downtown district. Enjoy a wide variety of bars and restaurants which offer typical dishes and typical music at the portals of Patzcuaro´s downtown area. Overnight

DAY 08 - TUESDAY - PATZCUARO - MORELIA - MEXICO CITY
Breakfast. Continue on to Morelia, a Cultural and Historic Heritage site, worldwide known for its student habitat and its magnificent colonial buildings of "pink cantera": such as the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Clavijero Palace, the Major Plaza, the market of typical candies, the Aqueduct, and the Gualupita Temple at San Diego Convent with its majestic Indian baroque décor. Continue to Mexico City. Overnight.

DAY 09 - WEDNESDAY - MEXICO CITY
Breakfast. We will start our city tour visiting the Cultural and Historic Heritage downtown district where we will find the National Palace and its beautiful murals painted by the great muralist Diego Rivera, the constitution square or "Zocalo", the Main Aztec Temple and the Metropolitan Cathedral as well as some of the main avenues. Later, we will visit Chapultepec Park and one of the most important Residential areas of Mexico City, and the "Pink Zone". Overnight.

DAY 10 - THURSDAY - DEPARTURE TRANSFER - END OF SERVICES
At the time indicated, transfer to the airport to board your return flight home.
