Bull Fights

The construction of the Plaza De Toros was conceived by visionary industrialist Neguib Simón who opened the ring on February 5, 1946, filling it to capacity. You’ll admire the beautiful, monumental architectural design of this structure which is actually very comfortable. The engineer C. Roland was responsible for this great building’s construction. It was blessed by the Archbishop of Mexico, Dr. Luis Maria Martinez.

Two of the most famous matadors, Manuel Rodriguez and Luis Procuna, performed in this stadium. They came from the capital districts of Mixcoac and San Juan de Letrán. These men fought and killed many bulls from the ranch of Don Antonio Llaguno.

You’ll be delighted to see the Matadors dressed in full costume and shocked by their daring acts. This is a truly unique experience that every person must experience at least once in their lifetime.

SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL shows are performed by novices – these shows are quite incredible and challenging because these novices make many mistakes along the way as they work hard to become professional, famous matadors.

WINTER is the prime season – during this time, you’ll find only the most famous matadors in all of Mexico and around the world.

Please Note
- Tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers for operation.
- Pick up is included from most hotels located in the tourist area: Paseo de la Reforma, Polanco, Pink Zone (Zona Rosa) and the Historical Centre. Additional surcharge applies for pick-ups outside this area.
- Hotel pick-up must be confirmed at least 24 hours before departure. Contact information will be provided on the voucher.
- Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to departure will be considered as a “no-show”, therefore no refunds will be made.
- Baggage is carried under passenger's risk.

After you book

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
