Our tourguides english wasnt the best. My microphone didnt wasnt working. The tour showed most interesting sights but we were definitely rushed through all of it which was unpleasant n didnt allow me to gain the knowledge of the history of the sights she was speaking about. Also, regarding historical information the tour was too rushed n very poor. The stage to the La Scala was closed so we were obliged to return the next day if we wanted to see it.

No visit to MIlan is complete without seeing the last supper and this was an excellent way of seeing this beautiful painting and lots of Milan. The trip to the opera house was also great. Only downside is here is no time to go to the top of the Duomo

Our tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, and did it all in two languages (English and German). In addition to the sites we visited, the bus tour and narrative provided by the tour guide helped us pick other places to visit the following afternoon and day.

We enjoyed the tour very much - gave a good overview of Milan and it was the only way that we could see The Last Supper as all individual tickets had gone. Having checked out the tour on Trip Advisor we knew that the visit to the Duomo was very brief so we went there in the morning before the tour and had a good look round. Our guide, Emmanuele, was very good - she did well to keep 50 people under her wing for three and a half hours.

My wife and I are great fans of hoho tours because of the many benefits they offer. We were surprised at the size of Milano and the amount of traffic - so to sit back and see the sights was that more enjoyable. The staff members were polite and helpful and the buses safely and well driven in somewhat (to me) trying traffic and narrow streets. It's a must tour for time poor tourists - the arrival at the Duomo/Galleri Vittorio Emmanuele is especially truly memorable.

the location for picking up the card was convenient. it was easy to use and worth every cent. the only suggestion that i have to make is that the map for the subway / metro needs to be bigger. i had to get another map with a bigger subway/metro map in order to take advantage of the trains. however, the city map was fantastic!

Great way to see the city as a local, and to hear the history first hand. Very informative and lovely guide, great to use the earpiece and hearing device, saves having to stand close to the guide the whole time. Highly recommended tour, and you get to see the Da Vinci up close and personal, no crowds.

Our tour guide, Raphaela was very informative and knowledgeable about all aspects of the city. She had an incredible knowledge for the dates and history of the city and it's buildings. We toured inside the wonderful cathedral, and enjoyed the Da Vinci Last supper in a comfortable small group. Recommed comfortable shoes and rug up( in winter) as you are outside walking most of the time.Stopped for a lovely coffee though in a great cafe, to warm ourselves up.Also the use of earpieces and radio transmitters was great, as you could still hear everything even if you were quite a distance from the guide.Highly recommended :)

Last week I visit Serravalle Designer Outlet, it was great shopping trip. There were a lot of shops with designer´s clothes available for good value. I bought Prada handbag, Baldinini shoes, Fornarina jeans.....and many others things. I can´t wait to get back to Serravalle or maybe next time will try other designer outlet in Italia.

Everything is OK, the trip was interesting. The only thing I would like to add, that the back bus to Milan from Seravalle is not only at 17pm, but at 19 pm also. Thi information I didnt know while booking my trip, otherwise I would use 19 pm bus.
