Located in the refectory of the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, the Last Supper, a mural painting by Leonardo da Vicni, is considered as one of the greatest masterpieces of all time. The Last Supper depicts one of the most intense moments in the New Testament Bible. Leonardo chose that particular scenario to capture the emotions after Christ's announcement that one of his apostles would betray him. While many choose this scene as a refectory, Da Vinci had other plans.
