What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible. "What a fantastic way of seeing New York. Whilst we were there on our first trip, it was very very hot and if it hadn't been for these loop buses, we would have not seen as much of New York as we did. All guides very knowlegable about their city, the last guide we had, whose name we didn't know, was friendly, polite and very pleasant, told us lots of interesting little asides! Unfortunately a couple of the guides were very abrubt and one was down right rude. But don't let these two rude women put you off, the buses are great and a fantastic way for an elderly overweight English woman to see so much of New York. Thank you"
