Guides were excellent and braved some really cold weather too.did Brooklyn as well as uptown and downtown which was a last minute decision to do and really enjoyed the tour.FDid not do night tours as just too cold..

Just a little bad point: we forgot to bring the printed voucher from internet and at the visitor's center they couldn't find our booking online, so we had to go to cybercafé to print it again

We had a 48 hour pass and were staying in Brooklyn so decided to head for the stop nearest our hotel to catch the first bus of the day as we had a tight schedule. The first bus sped past our stop on the inside lane. What a bad start to our only full day in New York! The driver of our second bus spent some time spouting his political opinion on a number of subjects.
