The Country of the Red Canyons

A journey in the Colorado of the Alps. With large strokes of a sword, nature opened the mountain, leaving an open wound along the Var valley. The red canyons of the Daluis and the Cians offer this world famous and very rare show of a red rock, the result of millions of years of geologic work, that the inhabitants call the "Colorado of Nice."

Between the valleys nature let itself go to profusion, interrupted here and there by a few mountain villages, very different from those of the coast, where the Mountain Infantry invented winter sports at the beginning of the XXth century. Those valleys, formerly the sealed frontier of the south east of the kingdom of France, still offer the impressive testimony of their military function.

After you book

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
That's ok. We will try to be as flexible as possible. But you must inform us by email of the change or cancellation as soon as possible.
