We did enjoy the tour but our guide was a young lady who was not very good. Did not keep the interest of the group and was not able to answer questions maybe a better narrative would be of help.

It was a nice trip, we enjoyed it very much. We relaxed, took a lot of beautiful pictures and had fun!The panoramas were stunning even if it was still spring, we cannot imagine how wonderful it could be during the summer!! Our guide was prepared and nice , she could speak many languages and was helpful by giving us a smart suggestion for the rest of our trip in Oslo! Do it and have fun!

The view was very nice, but it was hard to hear what was being said in the back of the boat that is outside. The price was a little high and we did not learn much about the fjord, which was the point of the tour. We learned more about the islands we saw instead.

I was in Oslo for my biz trip. During the weekend, while all the shops were closed, I had joined the tour. The gude lady who gave us explanations in the boat was excellent. I've learned a lot of new things about Oslo. At the beginning of the tour, I felt a little bit uncomfortable for being alone in the boat. I saw there were a couple of others who did not have companies, who also looked like they were in the town for biz trips. It would be great if single customers like us can be a little bit comfortable.

What a dissapointment in the Grand Tour of Oslo, which we purchased. Before leaving for Norway, I was reassured by your representative, that the Vigeland Sculpture Park, The Folk Museum, Homokollen Ski Jump, and the Kon Tiki would be included. This was the only reason I booked this tour. In my confirmation voucher, the directions said our meeting place would be at pier 3 Radhusbrygge waterfront. We were there a half hour before the tour. They took our City Discovery paper work, and put us on the boat tour through Batservice Sightseeing AS. That was a 2-hour boat trip, then they brought us back to Pier 3, their representative walked us two blocks to the side of the Olso City Hall to take the bus the rest of the tour. We had our choice of the Kon Tiki or the Viking Ship Museum. In your description, we thought both were included. We chose the Kon Tiki because that is what we wanted to see. Then they brought us back to the City Hall. I said what about the Vigeland Sculture Park, the Holmokollen Ski Jump, and the Folk Museum. She said that was part of the morning tour and we should have been on the bus stop by the City Hall at 10:30am, and not at the Radhusbrygge 3, as we were advised by your company. Our stay in Oslo was ruined. The only reason we took your tour was to see the above subjects, and we only saw the Kon Tiki. We did not have another opportunity to see them the next day, because of our 8am train trip to Bergen. I do have the confirmation letters from your office, assuring us we would see the above subjects. I am still sad about this. You need to communicate with your resources in Oslo, so you can give out the correct information. My feelings on this matter is not to prebook before arriving Oslo, and doing it when you arrive. It was our first time to Oslo and as we wanted to see as much as possible without to much hassle we decided to go on the Grand Tour of Oslo! All the guide books tell you to visit the places that we were taken so didn't feel as though we missed out on anything when we arrived home! The tour guide we had was called Max and for his young age his knowledge on the sights was to a high standard. Every question asked was answered quickly and he was willing to talk to all members of the tour! Our Fjord trip on the boat had another guide/helper to assist Max to which she done her job brilliantly. Thanks to our captain of the boat too! Thanks to all involved for a great trip!

The tour was wonderful. It was value for money. We had an excellent guide in Caroline. There were a variety of places we visited which were all interesting. The Grand Tour made our short stay most enjoyable. Lastly we would not have been able to get around to all the places the tour took us to. Thank you, Helen & Pete We did the tour of the Palace and it was beautiful, one of the most uptodate (decor wise) we have seen. We alos visited the old castle and found it very interesting.
